COVID-19 Pandemic Update

Although these are difficult times Dyson Technical Ceramics (DTC) assures its customers that we are open for business.  DTC recognises that most of its customers operate in key industries and has therefore instigated social distancing measures throughout its organisation to both keep our employees safe and continue supplying its customers.

DTC’s Managing director, Richard Taylor wrote in a letter to its customers:

We very much hope that you and your families remain safe during these unprecedented times.

We would like to take this opportunity to reassure our customers that Dyson Technical Ceramics is currently maintaining the operation of the business during the COVID 19 pandemic.

The welfare of our employees is paramount to the company during this time and measures have been taken to protect the workforce and maintain the operation of the business. To achieve business continuity a series of additional measures have been taken which include maintaining high stocks of raw material inventory and retaining close relationships with our transportation partners to serve our valued customers.

Our plan will continue to be monitored and revised in accordance with policy from the government of the United Kingdom.

Despite our best efforts to serve our customers, it is inevitable that some delays may occur as the pandemic continues, therefore, any help from our customers with forward planning for your order requirements will be appreciated and help minimise unforeseen delays of shipment.

We appreciate the difficult times that we all face but please rest assured that Dyson Technical Ceramics will do our upmost to maintain supplies to our valued global customer base.
