Dyson Technical Ceramics are proud to announce that they now certified to the new ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management standard. Onwards and Upwards – OneSteel Sydney, Australia Achieve New Casting Sequence Record

All at Dyson Technical Ceramics would like to further congratulate Andy and his team at OneSteel, Sydney, Australia for further extending their casting sequence record to 112 heats on 11th July 2017. The sequence time was 93 hours and 5 minutes casting 9,467 billet tonnes of steel on their four strand exchangeable metering system. DTC Introduce Improved Dyslip™ Graphite Coating for Exchangeable Metering Nozzles

Dyson Technical Ceramics are pleased to announce the introduction of a new graphite composite coating that will be applied to all zirconia metering nozzles used in exchangeable metering systems. Graphite coatings are typically applied to the sliding surfaces of metering nozzles to lubricate the ceramic surface and provide a smooth introduction of replacement nozzles in exchangeable metering systems. Dyson Technical Ceramics congratulates our valued customer: OneSteel Sydney, Australia on achieving a record 100 heat casting sequence using Dyson exchangeable metering nozzles. The sequence was achieved Friday 23rd June to Tuesday 27th June, casting for 84 hours, 37 minutes.  8,584 billets were produced on the facilities 4 strand caster which is equipped with an exchangeable metering system. Dyson Exhibit at WorldPM 2016 Conference and Exhibition

Dyson Enjoy a Successful Week at GMTN 2015.

Between 16th June and 20th June Dyson exhibited at the GIFA exhibition, Dusseldorf 2015.  The exhibition attracted 78,000 visitors from 120 countries.  As expected the exhibition was a great success for Dyson, due to visits from existing customers, agents and the potential to talk to new customers and discover new markets for Dyson products.
